Confirmation of bookings

• To make a booking a 50% deposit is required of the full amount. The balance is due upon arrival.
• Payment can be made via online banking or via Paypal.
• Once payment has been received, confirmation of said booking will be sent via email.

Cancellations

• All cancellations must be received within 48 hrs of the booking date to receive a full refund.
• All cancellations after 48 hrs, no refund is given.
• The refund is redirected to the same account it was received by.
• The owner has the right to make a cancellation of bookings, if so a full refund is given.
